The user can write a signature using a touch screen device. It happens as part of a larger project for CL. This inner SWF gets loaded externally into the main app. They write a signature and tick some tick boxes. At the end of the bigger project they can type in their name. The name, tick box selections and signature all get saved to the hard disk for later retrieval.
There will also be a tracking system built into the main Flash file. This will monitor and record a number of things including:
- The name of the representative during installation
- The pages that have been viewed
- The total time it took to demonstration the presentation
Also they need some method of uploading the data to the main server. I'm thinking that the tech support people can host a website with a secure login page. Once logged in the representative can do a simple file upload to the server. This data gets uploaded into the servers filesystem where the tech people can directly access the files.
