• “Just like a fruit machine, you know a one armed bandit effect”

This is a Flash logo created for CTI Support Networks Limited by request of 438 Communications. Its going to be used on their landing page.

The concept is that the orange box appears and then the 438 numbers start rolling in seperately, like a fruit machines wheels. They lock in left to right 4–3-8 and then the word COMMUNICATIONS appears underneath.

At this point we getURL() to the main site. This also involves using the .js helper script thats used on this site so we can avoid showing the “Click here to activate” box. Finally theres going to be either an animated gif or a still image that can be used in the noscript tags incase users dont have Flash. That will be wrapped in a link tag so it acts as a button to enter the main site.

• Switched font used for 4–3-8
