This is a project for Paperplane Solutions. They have a still image of a glowing blue globe surrounding their logo image as shown below. They want a Flash based animated version of this. Creating and rendering it from a 3D application and converting it to FLV with transparency which can then either be imported into a current Flash project or dynamically loaded as an external asset.
