Classic Vapen were a large gun and hunting goods suppliers in southwest Sweden. They had multiple physical stores with no online presence, and everything was handled with pen and paper. There was a change to the Swedish gun laws which prompted them to join the digital world. They had to be able to search the weapon serial numbers for law enforcement and wanted a centralised method to handle that and one thing led to another and a PrestaShop solution was added into the mix.

I setup a PrestaShop e-commerce solution for them which included a bespoke theme with elements styled to match their physical stores. My Swedish business partner sourced images and details for their entire stock and added them to the system. PrestaShop tied into their POS system and the weapon serial number tracking system that we called the Weapon Book, which I developed with the classic PHP/Bootstrap/JQuery combo.
