My client had created a Flash product presentation for one of the pharmaceutical companies they worked with which was a huge success. They were asked to produce several more which is when they brought me in to take lead and create a new fully dynamic version.

The original was fully timeline based and could not easily be used for other products without reworking everything.  I developed the dynamic eDetail system which provided a structured page and navigation system that loaded content in via an XML file. This allowed different people to work on the various content screens which would then be pulled into the main application. This also allowed users without Flash skills to configure the page navigation structure and text elements.

This was just the tip of the iceberg as it became one of their primary money streams when all their other pharma clients wanted the same thing. Over the next decade, we kept improving the system with new features like a GUI for editing the configuration, tying into remote APIs and statistical analysis.

It was a really great client to work with for so many years. I learned a lot about teamwork and gained many happy memories.
