IkonTimer is a PHP based time tracking service I developed for blue-collar companies to help track how their employee’s time is being spent out in the field.

The management create jobs which the employees see listed in a mobile responsive interface. At the end of each day, they record their hours and any notes for the project which the admin can use as part of their payroll process and for statistical analysis. The management can generate employee, job and payroll reports which can be exported to PDF or printed using the customised print query layout.

The system supports several modules which can be enabled on a per-company basis including employee text chat, image uploads and auto-complete product selection. Both the admin and the front end are multilingual and currently support both English and Swedish.
